Our apartment The Poolhouse Lodge Top°5 has a total of 52 m² and offers space for up to 4 people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living area with a full equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. A cozy bathrobe and towels are also available. If you are a coffee lover – you will feel comfortable in here because every apartment is equipped with a nespresso machine including capsules. The Roberts Sound System is also new in the apartment. Of course, our guests also have free Wi-Fi, a spacious spa area, a parking space in front of the house as well as a ski or bike room at their disposal.
As a special extra, our guests can expect natural body care products from STOP THE WATER WHILE USING ME! You can also book various extra services such as a raclette or a poker set in addition to your stay.

Payment Arrangements & Deposit
For the processing of the payments your registered credit card data is used. 20% of the accomodation price on booking, 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry as well as the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e-mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible.
Parking Place
Parking is available in front of the house.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
A laundry set consisting of 1x linen sheet, 1x pillowcase, 1x duvet cover, 2x towels, 1x sauna towel and 1x bathrobe is available per person. Each toilet is also equipped with two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find two tea towels.
Hygiene Products
Our apartments offer natural body care products from the brand “STOP THE WATER WHILE USING ME” (shower gel, shampoo, hand soap) as well as a hairdryer.
Cancellation Fee
Changes and cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free.
Changes and cancellations within 30 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
